Korean Girl Drummer Nemo-chan

July 13, 2007, Friday the 13th turned out to be one of the greatest night of the week. Aside from the fact that I found my thumb ring (which I thought I lost but was actually left in the apartment), I also got to spend a great time with a cool gal named Lee Kyung Ju AKA Nemo-chan.

As you know, I'm not good with remembering places nor directions so I totally relied on her. We were lost for a while but a little later we finally found the Korean restaurant we were looking for. Unfortunately when we got there it was full and there were no more seats available for us which was a shock since it was still 7PM at that time. Then I remembered, it's a salary day and it's Friday too. (Hanakin desho!)
We wandered around for a few minutes until we finally found this shop(whose name I can't read by the way) and went in. We ordered some food which included a variety of barbecued eggs, chicken, pork, shrimp and we also ordered the recommended dish of the waiter there. Of course we ordered Shochu there too, we had 2 glasses each. It was my first shochu and it went really well with the food I ate. You could say, it was like a perfect combination.

I learned a lot about Nemo-chan. She is an embodiment of coolness, she also took computer engineering like me. When I asked her about the drumming stuff she said they were paid to play, all the more cooler! Added to that fact, she happens to like animes like Azumanga Daioh too! Not only that, she watches the shows that I happen to enjoy watching too namely Prison Break, House and CSI. I feel like we're soulmates but it's too that bad she's a girl and already committed though. hahahaha. :)
We left the store earlier than I thought. I wanted the night to go on longer but sadly all good times must come to a conclusion. Today is difinitely a good friday the 13th day. I made a new friend. Here's a picture of us walking towards the station. (We met an drunk old guy on the way and that guy happened to stop and muttered something incomprehensible to us. It reminded us of our Satchou who is by the way a scary person too!).
